Anton Murray Consulting is recruiting for an experienced Middle Office Manager to join a leading alternative asset management firm in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of the platform via online administration tools, ensuring accurate processing of Capital Markets and Funds Management transactions.
  • Liaise closely with the Capital Markets team on upcoming deals, assist with marketing materials and deal set-up on the platform, and understand and document the entire lifecycle of each deal.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of each deal set-up after settlement, and be across all operational aspects of the business to ensure it meets all operational requirements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and streamlining of processes, especially regarding salesforce and platforms functionality, and liaise with Funds Management on allocation across the Funds suite.
  • Monitor returns of capital by capital raisers and instruct the Operations Team for principal disbursement, manage new deal settlements, and proactively manage the settlement of all deals when due.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' prior experience in unlisted fund operations roles, such as fund accounting, unit registry, and client services.
  • A significant understanding of financial products and the financial landscape, particularly of unlisted assets.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce is highly preferable.

Salary: The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $130,000 per annum, plus superannuation and discretionary bonus.
