About the Role

As an IT Operations Manager at Lendlease, you will oversee the daily operations of our technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and improvement of IT services. This role involves working closely with technology domain owners and managed service providers to deliver a reliable and continuously improving service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth operation of technology services and improve IT operations with domain owners and service providers.
  • Quickly resolve IT incidents and manage critical service impacts.
  • Maintain security and compliance in technology operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure system stability.
  • Optimise system performance through continuous monitoring.
  • Implement and monitor financial operations practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable IT services.
  • Oversee managed service provider performance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance through regular audits and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with domain owners to meet operational needs.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on IT infrastructure services.
  • Define and track relevant metrics for service health and compliance.
  • Manage problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures for efficiency.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A demonstrated track record in IT Operations.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A deep understanding of compliance and security standards as it relates to IT Operations.
  • Effective communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders.
What We Offer

Lendlease offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a wide range of benefits, including:
