We are seeking an experienced Professional Operations Specialist to join our Practice Support team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Partners and senior legal operatives to provide exceptional business support and play a critical role in assisting them manage their practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will ensure that senior operatives receive timely and accurate financial support, including diary management, expense management, document management, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Manage administrative client requirements to maintain consistent client service delivery across matter teams.
  • Understand commercial drivers of a legal practice, interpret data, and apply client knowledge when supporting partners with practice management.
  • Oversee all administrative duties associated with the financials of a matter, including billing, e-billing audits, tracking of non-dispatched bills, missing timesheets, cost estimates, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members within and outside the Practice Support team to deliver high-quality work and meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge on drafting, producing documents, and practice management processes and procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to draft correspondence, presentations, pitch documents, and slide packs efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Effective influencing skills to manage relationships with stakeholders and contribute to positive outcomes.
  • A passion for learning, networking, and mentoring others.

What We Offer
