Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Specialist to join our dynamic team in Melbourne - East. As a key player in shaping our future, you will be responsible for managing and growing established accounts in the nominated Melbourne Southeast territory while expanding Visy's footprint through prospecting and new business development activity.

About the Role:

  • Retain and grow existing business, and actively seek new business opportunities
  • Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements and carefully manage your territory utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive results
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within our own or customers' businesses
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines
  • Actively comply with and contribute to OHS&E policies and procedures

About You:

  • Rewards Relevant skills & experience gained through Internal/External Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management
  • Experience in Packaging and/or Manufacturing would be highly regarded
  • Experience in B2B sales would be highly valued
  • Exposure to customer relationship management systems (CRM) & well-versed in Microsoft products
  • Autonomous with strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, solution-focused
  • Clear, personable communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capability
