We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Travel Industry Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Discova.



About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires strong sales and account management skills. As a Senior Travel Industry Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with key clients within the travel industry.



Responsibilities


Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Developing and executing strategies to drive account growth and revenue expansion
  • Maintaining accurate records of opportunities and account information using best practices and systems such as Salesforce
  • Participating in training and upskilling opportunities as recommended or relevant to your role
  • Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends through regular training sessions and self-learning
  • Tracking client updates and industry news through various channels including social media and marketing emails


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:



  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or account management within the travel/hospitality industry
  • In-depth experience with the Asia market is preferred
  • Proven track record of account growth and customer retention
  • Outstanding sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to interact with diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
  • Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and working outside office hours if required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective results
  • Willingness to travel for business domestically and internationally

Benefits


We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
