Customer Service and Licence Testing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Licence Testing Officer to join our team in Ballarat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and testing learner drivers on well-defined courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction both over the counter and on the road.
  • Test and assess learner drivers, providing constructive and unbiased feedback to aid in their growth.
  • Process payments, manage cash, and conclude end-of-day banking with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage administrative duties and update critical data in systems seamlessly.
