Customer Service Representative

About the Role
At Belgravia Leisure, our Member Services Officers are the backbone of our business, providing essential services to our members, casual users, and potential new members in accordance with our established operational routines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business opportunities and represent the facility and Belgravia Leisure in a positive and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to manage transactions efficiently.
- Promote the center's services and programs to customers, accept bookings and enrollments, and provide information on membership options.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet individual and team goals and targets.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
- Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous.
