Business Development Manager for Digital Transformation

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, particularly in digital transformation, analytics, AI, or IoT. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex solutions and a strong understanding of digital twins, AI/ML, or simulation platforms.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager for Digital Transformation will lead go-to-market efforts for our digital twin and AI platform. Key responsibilities include managing sales strategy, building relationships, and executing deals to bring digital twin solutions to clients across sectors like infrastructure, energy, logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare.

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for our Optimal Reality platform and related services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and client networks.
  • Create compelling solution narratives and value propositions for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and partners to shape solutions.
  • Lead RFP responses, proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Build trusted client relationships and influence transformation agendas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to strategic account planning and pipeline management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Essential skills: 10+ years in enterprise software or technology sales, especially in digital transformation, analytics, AI, or IoT.
  • Proven success selling complex solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital twins, AI/ML, or simulation platforms.
  • Experience selling to senior business and technical leaders.
  • Skills in strategic account planning, pipeline forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong commercial sense and deal-structuring skills.
  • Knowledge of challenges in sectors like transport, energy, mining, or manufacturing.
  • Eligibility for AGSVA baseline clearance.

Desirable skills include experience with digital twin platforms, familiarity with agentic AI, autonomous agents, or LLM orchestration, knowledge of simulation frameworks and data modeling in geospatial or asset environments, experience with Dev Ops tools, and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
