- Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in loyalty CRM customer engagement or martech
- Proven track record selling sophisticated consultative solutions into large organizations
- Deep knowledge of loyalty program technology data strategy and personalized marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close at senior levels
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate customer challenges into scalable value-based solutions
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and well-adapted in pipeline management and forecasting
