Regional Vice President Of Sales

Job Description:

A highly influential and results-driven leader is required to spearhead the sales team in a global market leading innovative technology company. This role will involve directly influencing revenue growth, leading a geographically dispersed sales team, and managing financial forecasting with a high level of accuracy.

The ideal candidate will thrive in strategic solution sales environments and have a proven track record of success in complex software sales and/or large-scale transformation services sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage the performance of a group of enterprise software sales executives
  • Manage the financial forecasting of revenue maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Build strategic sales campaigns mapped to delivering optimum business value to customers while ensuring healthy margins for the firm
  • Proactively develop existing and new business customers in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within prospects and existing clients
  • Run post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales to existing customers
