Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a strategic and driven sales professional to lead our enterprise account growth in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To run consultative sales processes with large enterprises (1000+ employees) and drive sales across ANZ & ASEAN markets into the 1000-5000 employee segment.
  • Owning a significant quota of $1M+ ARR with an average deal size of $150K–300K.
  • Building 50%+ of your pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and identifying opportunities that align with our business strategy.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine our ICP and GTM approach.
  • Contributing to the development of our sales playbook and bringing valuable insights from the field to inform our sales strategy.
  • Promoting our platform's value proposition by highlighting its capabilities and addressing buyer pain points effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving high quotas ($1M+) and closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance).
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling modern HR or people-tech solutions to senior HR leaders and Chief People Officers.
  • Able to drive challenger-style sales conversations and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Skilled at defining process and not just following it.

This role demands a sales professional who is confident in navigating early-stage chaos and comfortable building, testing, learning, and iterating rapidly.
