About the Role:

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be part of a team that honors every special moment in our clients' lives and every unique gift that commemorates their milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong relationships with clients to execute the Tiffany Touch and meet individual sales targets.
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills in accordance with TCO training modules and standards.
  • Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and learn practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
  • Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior, managing customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Become an active member of the store team to support the initiatives and efforts of the store and the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Previous expert selling experience and demonstrable problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer service ethics, excellent communications skills, and strong computer skills.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
