Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Mentor to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in partnering with store leaders and sales teams to drive sales and service standards.

Your primary focus will be on observing, monitoring, and coaching teams to ensure they consistently meet brand expectations. You will also partner with store leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to enhance client service, sales, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Support store leaders in coaching sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Partner with store leaders to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client service, sales, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and review training impact on sales advisor performance and provide coaching to reinforce learning.
