Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of store operations, including overseeing sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Contribute to creating engaging in-store displays and maintaining high presentation standards.
About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to progress into a store management position. If you have a strong understanding of sales and people management, we'd love to hear from you.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets, and collaborating with your team to drive results. A focus on work-life balance is also essential, as you'll need to manage your time effectively to meet the demands of this role.
