Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Operations Manager to join our team at NRMA Airlie Beach Holiday Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our park, providing exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Park Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the park, including guest services, food and beverage, and interpretative activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and security for guests, visitors, and employees.
  • Liaise with the Park Manager to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all areas of the park's operation.
  • Monitor and maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of the park's operation, including product, food and beverage, and guest services.
Requirements
  • Relevant hotel/resort/park/tourism experience, with a proven track record of success in overseeing teams and managing operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in working in properties with onsite Food and Beverage operations, with a strong understanding of awards and certified agreements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible attitude to work and a passion for delivering outstanding guest relations.
