Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Reception desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, driving loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
