Main Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identifying areas for expansion and implementing tailored sales strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in lead generation, utilizing PCOs, corporate partners, and event management companies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, tracking performance against established KPIs.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and site inspections, solidifying relationships and expanding the client base.
Ideal candidates possess:
- A proven track record in B2B sales, with expertise in lead generation and sales target achievement.
- Experience in managing key customer relationships and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong research and analytical abilities, coupled with professional presentation and communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role, with a focus on upscale hotel properties and the MICE segment.
