Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a driven Business Growth Strategist to deliver our market leading sales and service proposition to financial advisers.

This role requires a strong desire to drive key sales outcomes for the business, building client relationships, and managing existing relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting the full spectrum of distribution activity, including relationship building, follow up, query handling, and collating performance analytics to achieve the best outcomes for the client.

  • Cultivate and manage client relationships by ensuring that exemplary services are provided to financial advisers
  • Position investment ideas and portfolio construction principles with clients to demonstrate the benefits of investment products in client portfolios
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute on overall team sales strategy within the financial adviser channel
  • Maintain and exceed key sales activity targets, which includes calls, meetings and CRM upkeep
  • Manage an efficient schedule to be in constant engagement with new and existing clients, coordinate collateral for meetings and presentations

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills, with previous experience working as a Business Development Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in funds management and investment platforms.
