Marketing and Revenue Growth Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to lead the growth and commercialization of our newly acquired venues. As Marketing and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic marketing integration and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth, brand, or performance marketing with proven success in turnaround or integration environments. They will be well-versed in digital marketing platforms, business intelligence tools, and data-driven decision making.
Key responsibilities include leading the marketing lifecycle from acquisition to growth, building and delivering data-led marketing strategies, executing campaigns that drive foot traffic and revenue growth, and acting as a marketing partner to venue managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years' experience in growth, brand, or performance marketing with proven success in turnaround or integration environments
- Strong commercial acumen and a sharp understanding of how marketing drives business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms and business intelligence tools
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field
- Be part of a passionate, collaborative marketing team
