Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead revenue growth and build strong relationships with external agencies.

The successful candidate will lead a team of talented Sales Managers, driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding monthly sales targets across the VIC agency territory. They will collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, integrated advertising solutions that exceed client expectations and retain and grow revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management and compelling solutions.

About This Role
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed monthly sales targets across the VIC agency territory.
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers while building strong external agency relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, integrated advertising solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed monthly sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing revenue streams.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, integrated advertising solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  4. Manage and develop a high-performing team of Sales Managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
