About the Organisation:

This unique role offers direct mentorship and exposure across the employee lifecycle on all HR administrative activities, including recruitment support, HRIS management, onboarding, and HR projects.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for managing a HR inbox, complete onboarding and induction process, managing the HRIS system Dayforce, and ensuring all HR admin is processed, including changes to terms and conditions, parental leave, probation, HR inbox queries, HR invoicing, HR reporting, and metrics.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring previous HR coordination or administrative experience within a corporate office, excellent communication skills, strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR Coordination or HR Administrative experience within a corporate office
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Be a systems superuser with excellent skills across the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Work Environment:

This full-time role offers WFH flexibility, with one day working from home per week. You will be based in New South Wales, with a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum.
