Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration: Responsible for the administration and data integrity of payroll systems (HR3 and Rippling) for multiple businesses.
  • Monthly Payroll: Coordinating monthly payroll, ensuring all items are reported accurately in collaboration with payroll and HR teams.
  • Remuneration Reviews: Supporting remuneration reviews and bonus payments by creating Excel reports for analysis and managing data uploads into payroll systems.
  • HR Metric Reports: Compiling key HR metric reports, including headcount, WGEA, recruitment, remuneration surveys, and turnover.
  • Recruitment Support: Supporting end-to-end recruitment for agency candidates, managing candidate information in JobAdder, and coordinating interviews and assessments.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Some experience in a HR related role is ideal.
