About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for the hotel. This will involve developing and implementing innovative strategies to promote our hotel services and facilities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential clients and market segments suitable for the hotel's offerings
  • Generating leads through various channels, including networking events, trade shows, online platforms, and cold calling
  • Building a robust pipeline of potential clients and tracking progress using internal database tools
  • Conducting thorough research on potential clients' needs and preferences to tailor personalized sales pitches
  • Presenting the hotel's unique value proposition, amenities, and services to clients
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial
  • Nurturing existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a sales or business development environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated to achieve targets and surpass expectations
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events
