Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sydney-based team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Opportunities (Ops) goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across various industries and sectors
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identifying key pain points, and developing tailored solutions to address their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer onboarding
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track progress, and analyze data to inform decision-making
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
- Experience working in the CRM industry or a related field
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as SPIN or Challenger Sale
- Proficiency in using sales software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in the APAC region
