Your Impact...

We've spent years perfecting a groundbreaking product that's transforming banking as we know it. As a Business Development Representative, you'll have the opportunity to share Weel's innovative spend management software with the world.

You'll join a close-knit team led by an experienced BDR Leader, working together to develop sales strategies and techniques. We value 121 coaching and development, providing support for personal and professional growth.

You will assess prospects' needs, pain points, and fit for Weel's product, highlighting its deep value for businesses of all sizes.

This role offers significant opportunities for growth and development. You'll refine your sales skills, gain in-depth knowledge of the product, and step into the dynamic fintech industry, which has grown from $250 million in 2015 to $45 billion in 2023.

A Day in the Life...

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound prospecting activities to drive quality leads;
  • Working towards monthly quotas to generate high-quality opportunities contributing to our growth acquisition target;
  • Partnering with Account Executives to enhance conversion rates;
  • Providing input and feedback on lead campaigns and sales messaging;
  • Sourcing, researching, and nurturing leads using various prospecting tools and lists;
  • Recording leads and interaction data in HubSpot CRM;
  • Setting yourself up for promotions within the Sales Team; and
  • Having fun with your team while enjoying the benefits Weel offers.
