About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Expert to join our Insurance Customer Service Team.

As a key member of our team, you'll provide top-notch telephone support to our customers, processing and servicing their insurance policies with professionalism and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding customer needs and building rapport to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Utilizing multiple systems to perform operational activities and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
