Customer Experience Advocate

About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the face of our branch, interacting with customers to provide personalized support and guidance. You'll receive comprehensive training to help you excel in this role, ensuring you can effectively assist customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms, and recommend our products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time (76 hours per fortnight), located at our Albany branch. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on both our customers' lives and your local community.
About YouWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable adapting to change, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have extensive experience in customer service, a proven track record of achieving sales results, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll bring:
- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for understanding and sharing what makes our bank unique
- Experience in the banking and finance industry (a plus, but not essential)
