We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to enhance our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

This role involves close collaboration with the Industrial Sales Manager to maintain and boost sales performance and brand visibility for all Dynaweld offerings, including Bossweld, BT weld, Tecmen, Safra, Kobe, and more.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Strategic planning and execution of customer outreach in your designated territory, along with comprehensive reporting
  • Facilitating product training sessions for business clients and end users
  • Executing company-led sales initiatives (promotions, marketing strategies, etc.)
  • Proactively seeking new clients and business prospects
  • Identifying sales potential through analysis of store inventory
  • Ensuring optimal placement of Dynaweld products in retail environments and maintaining compliance with Dynaweld presentation standards
  • Participation in industry-related events, which may require travel and extended hours
  • Upholding a professional and ethical representation of Dynaweld at all times

Requirements for Success:

  • A solid technical or mechanical background, particularly in the application of welding products or related fields
  • Experience with industrial products
  • Prior experience as a Sales Representative or Account Manager
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A collaborative spirit, self-motivation, and a sense of ownership in your responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, coupled with effective communication and negotiation capabilities
  • A trade background in Fabricating Sheet Metal Work or Boiler making is advantageous
