We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Account Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

This role involves close collaboration with the Industrial Sales Manager to maintain and enhance the sales volume and brand visibility of all Dynaweld products, including Bossweld, BT weld, Tecmen, Safra, Kobe, and others.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically planning and executing customer outreach in your designated territory, along with all necessary reporting
  • Conducting product training sessions for business clients and end users
  • Implementing company-directed sales initiatives (promotions, marketing strategies, etc.)
  • Actively seeking new clients and business prospects
  • Identifying sales opportunities through inventory assessments
  • Ensuring optimal placement of Dynaweld products in retail environments and that all related materials and displays meet Dynaweld standards
  • Participating in industry-related events that may require travel and work outside of standard hours
  • Representing Dynaweld with professionalism and integrity at all times

Key Qualifications:

  • A technical or mechanical background with a solid understanding of welding products or related knowledge is preferred
  • Experience with industrial products
  • Prior experience as a Sales Representative or Account Manager
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative mindset, motivation, and a sense of ownership in your role
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, along with effective communication and negotiation skills
  • A trade background in Fabricating Sheet Metal Work or Boiler making is advantageous
