We present an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Account Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Industrial Sales Manager to maintain and enhance the sales volume and brand visibility of all Dynaweld products, including Bossweld, BT weld, Tecmen, Safra, Kobe, and others.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Strategic planning and execution of customer outreach in your designated territory, along with comprehensive reporting
- Facilitating product training sessions for business clients and end users
- Executing company-directed sales initiatives (promotions, marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Proactively seeking new clients and business opportunities
- Identifying sales prospects through inventory assessments
- Ensuring optimal product placement for Dynaweld merchandise in retail environments and maintaining compliance with Dynaweld presentation standards
- Participating in industry-related events that may necessitate travel and extended hours
- Upholding Dynaweld's reputation with professionalism and integrity at all times
Key Qualifications:
- Technical or mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of welding products or related knowledge is preferred
- Experience with industrial products
- Prior experience as a Sales Representative or Account Manager
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- A collaborative mindset, self-motivated, and a sense of ownership in your responsibilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills, along with effective communication and negotiation capabilities
- A trade background in Fabricating Sheet Metal Work or Boiler making is advantageous
