Position Overview:

As the Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities and excels in maintaining organization and efficiency.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all commitments are met promptly. Your proactive approach will be essential in assisting with various projects and initiatives, allowing for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office administration tasks
- Manage human resources documentation, including personnel files
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions
- Support project management and business development activities
- Draft and edit correspondence with attention to detail and clarity

Required Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, excellent written communication abilities, and adept problem-solving capabilities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
