About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a high-profile role that requires a professional with a high level of discretion, initiative, diplomacy, and communication skills.

The COO is a senior executive with extensive experience gained internationally and in Australia, with a commercial and strategic skillset developed from experience in supporting organisations undergoing significant transformation, across industries including energy, healthcare, and media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective executive administrative support to the COO to maximise productivity, including monitoring deadlines, coordination, and project management.
  • Act as the key contact point for stakeholders (internal and external) and provide effective liaison and administration support to Management and Board committees.
  • Provide a broad variety of administrative tasks, including diary management, travel arrangements, itineraries, event management, and ad-hoc support as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a high level of discretion, initiative, diplomacy, and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgement, initiative, discretion, and independence while interacting daily with senior staff across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communications, organisational, problem-solving, and relevant IT/systems skills.
  • Proactive and 'can-do' attitude.
What We're Looking For
  • Executive Assistant with extensive experience in administration and support to senior executives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with substantial responsibility.
