About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a permanent role with a salary package of $100K-$110K.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the CFO, including the management and drafting of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate and provide a range of business support services for the CFO and Executive team.
  • Organize meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage complex diary management.
  • Maintain sound working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and provide support as required.
  • Support the CFO as company secretary with governance, compliance, and audit functions for the company.
  • Perform general administration tasks, including HR, office, and building management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in office systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of stable experience in office and business administration or as a personal assistant.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn in-house multiple systems.
  • High level of professionalism, business acumen, and customer service focus.
  • Independent and autonomous worker with excellent communication skills.
