Position Overview: They are currently in search of an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Managing Director and Management team. This role encompasses both executive assistance and office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the diaries, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for managing directors and associate directors.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executives and both internal and external clients.
- Prepare essential documents such as reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence for various meetings.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense reporting, invoicing, and other financial documentation.
- Manage the inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Process timesheets as required.
- Handle remittance processing.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot general IT issues.
- Maintain the Asset Register and manage associated assets (e.g., laptops, security cards, vehicles, etc.).
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing staff members.
- Prepare marketing materials, including a quarterly newsletter and monthly content for distribution across relevant channels.
Candidate Profile: To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, candidates should have prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager within the Property, Construction, or Real Estate sectors.
