The Role

We are seeking a driven Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our close-knit team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our clients and administrative assistance to a team of Accountants.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phones and liaising with clients
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Drafting letters and correspondence
  • Collating tax returns
  • Liaising with the ATO in regards to client queries
  • Following up on outstanding documentation and signatures from clients
  • Updating client information on the database
  • Lodgements of BAS/IAS and income tax returns
  • Preparing letters
  • Preparing documents to be sent out to clients
  • Ordering stationery and consumables for the office
About You
  • Previous experience working in an accounting firm
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A positive and hard-working attitude
  • Be a people person and love talking to new people
  • High attention to detail
