About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Accounts Officer to support our Payments Team at Gallagher. As a key member of our team, you will process invoices and weekly payments for injured workers, employers, and treating health providers.

Your Responsibilities
• Provide data entry and accounts administration support to the Workers compensation Claims Management team
• Process accounts for payment in a timely and accurate manner
• Answer phone enquiries
• Accurately record data into databases
• Maintain filing systems
• Register new claims in a timely and accurate manner

About You
We are looking for individuals with strong administration experience and knowledge of general business practices. You should possess excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise tasks, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a team-player attitude.
