What You'll Do
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account engagement plans
- Work with regional Marketing teams to design and implement targeted campaigns
- Develop and execute daily outreach plans to engage with new prospects and follow up on leads
- Conduct industry research to stay up-to-date on market trends and business drivers
- Qualify accounts and leads to understand pain points, timelines, and decision-makers
- Communicate effectively with C-Suite executives to articulate the value of Workday's solutions
- Leverage sales tools to perform prospecting activities and maintain high Salesforce hygiene
