Your Role:
- You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience.
- Manage appointment schedules for audiologists with precision and attention to detail.
- Greet clients warmly and update their records accurately.
- Respond promptly to client and doctor enquiries, addressing their needs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and emails effectively, resolving issues quickly.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices, ensuring they function optimally.
- Accurately bill appointments, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Perform other general office duties with a proactive approach.
Key Qualifications:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with patience and empathy.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated judgement and advanced administrative skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adapt.
- Flexibility to travel when needed, covering sick leave and annual leave.
