Your Role:

  • You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience.
  • Manage appointment schedules for audiologists with precision and attention to detail.
  • Greet clients warmly and update their records accurately.
  • Respond promptly to client and doctor enquiries, addressing their needs efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and emails effectively, resolving issues quickly.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices, ensuring they function optimally.
  • Accurately bill appointments, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Perform other general office duties with a proactive approach.
