About the Role

This role will be responsible for ensuring operational requirements are met in independent living communities to deliver a quality, customer-focused service.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for general enquiries, property management and apartment resales to achieve optimal occupancy
  • Ensure effective staff supervision and adherence to policies, procedures and expectations
  • Manage complaints and disputes efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain budgets within portfolio
  • Support customer engagement and activation within communities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retirement or housing related environment supervision or relevant industry experience
  • Experience and expertise in relating to and managing diverse people with a focus on customer service
  • Understanding of financial aspects of apartments and housing
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in hotel environment or residential aged care
Essentials for Working in Aged Care
  • A current Working With Children's Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
