We are a registered provider under the NDIS and deliver a range of services, including supported independent living, short term accommodation, social connections, lifestyle options, therapy, and employment services.
**Job Overview**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administration Officer to join our experienced team in the disability sector. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, maintaining our fleet of cars and buses, and managing administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accreditation records and documents for client-carrying vehicles
- Preparing and monitoring vehicle maintenance budgets
- Working with stakeholders to maintain the safety and security of our transport fleet
- Managing the Fleet Administration inbox
About You
- You hold a current Australian Drivers Licence
- You have an understanding of vehicle maintenance
- You possess process improvement and change management experience
- You have proven experience in managing complex transport arrangements
- You can work collaboratively with internal and external service providers

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on your skills and qualifications.
