Your Role

This position sits within our Communication & Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC), responsible for designing, developing, and producing high-quality communication aids, resources, and marketing materials that meet customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and accessible visual communications that promote our brand and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective communication strategies and materials.
  • Design and manufacture quality communication and educational resources that cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Provide consultancy on communication resources and education tools to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify product development and innovation opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and style guidelines across all communication materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or within the disability sector is highly regarded.
  • Intermediate/high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software is essential.
  • Able to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects, and meet service delivery deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Benefits
