Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services, including supported independent living, short-term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy, and employment services in various locations across Victoria and NSW.
**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administration Officer to join our team in the disability sector. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, maintaining accreditation records, and overseeing fleet management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain compliance records and ensure ongoing accreditation of client-carrying vehicles
- Document accreditation procedures for internal and external auditing
- Prepare and monitor vehicle maintenance budgets
- Work with stakeholders to maintain safety and security of the transport fleet
- Manage the Fleet Administration inbox
**About You**
- Australian Driver's License
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Process improvement and change management experience
- Experience managing complex transport arrangements
- Collaborative working skills
**Estimated Salary**: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
