About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Architect, Contact Centre to join our team at Optus. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of our converged environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical advice and expertise to support the design and implementation of converged environments.
  • Design and document architectural solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as networking, security, and cloud computing.
  • Provide ongoing strategic technical direction to customers.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as networking, security, and cloud computing.
  • Experience in designing and implementing converged environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering field, Industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE and Microsoft advantageous.
