At Optus, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Architect, Contact Centre, you'll play a critical role in shaping our technical strategy and ensuring seamless interactions between customers and our systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document converged environments as a high-level Design Authority.
  • Provide strategic technical direction to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead the design of complex business solutions that integrate data, voice, video communications, and systems components into an effective network.
  • Offer high-level operational support, including architectural views and Level 3 fault resolution, to our Customer Delivery teams.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Senior role within pre-sales/embedded architecture.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level technical advice and expertise to support architectural integrity in deployed customer ICT environments.
  • Experience in Managed Solutions environments, including maintaining large corporate networks.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering, with industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft a plus.
  • Eligibility for a Baseline/NV1 clearance.
