Service Architect, Contact Centre Lead

You'll provide high-level technical advice and expertise to support our customers and maintain architectural integrity in support of our account teams.
Your Day-to-Day
- Architecture Integrity: You'll design and document converged environments as a high-level Design Authority.
- Customer Experience: You'll provide strategic technical direction to our customers.
- Solution Design & Delivery: You'll lead the design of complex business solutions that integrate data, voice, video communications, and systems components into effective networks.
- Technical Support: You'll assist customer delivery teams with operational support, including architectural views and level 3 fault resolution.
Your Skills
- Prior experience in a senior role within pre-sales/embedded architecture.
- Expertise in maintaining architectural integrity of deployed customer ICT environments.
- Experience in managed solutions environments, including large corporate networks.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or engineering fields, with industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft advantageous.
- Eligible to obtain a Baseline/NV1 clearance.
