We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Park Manager.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing two stunning coastal locations, building on the strong foundations already in place. This role requires a collaborative and positive approach to leadership, with a focus on fostering a culture that inspires pride, connection, and commitment to success.

Key responsibilities include leading the continued implementation of processes, products, and services that align with our strategic goals, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will champion a guest-first mindset, enhancing satisfaction, encouraging repeat visits, and delivering memorable stays.

Beyond daily operations, this role involves strengthening relationships with community groups, local businesses, and other stakeholders, ensuring our parks remain deeply connected to the region and aligned with our organisational values.
