Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Coastal Resort Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated individuals and be responsible for the overall management of our coastal resort. You will have the opportunity to build on our existing success and contribute to the long-term prosperity of our business.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong business acumen, lead a team, drive a safety-first culture, and lead operational excellence with a strong focus on guest engagement.

About the Role
  • Manage daily operations and oversee the implementation of processes, products, and services that align with our strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and champion a guest-first mindset that enhances satisfaction, encourages repeat visits, and delivers memorable stays.
  • Build relationships with community groups, local businesses, and other stakeholders to ensure our resort remains deeply connected to the region and aligned with our organisational values.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Hold a current AUS Driver's Licence and first aid certificate.
  • Have experience in facility management, people management, and workforce planning.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
