Job Title: Senior Regional Manager

Lead Our Team in the Coffs Coast Region

About this role:

  • As a Senior Regional Manager, you will lead our business operations in the Coffs Coast region.
  • You will have a sense of urgency, be a natural people leader, with a customer focus and the ability to see the bigger picture, set objectives, and deliver results.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing all functions across multiple sites with 50+ employees, fostering a culture of excellence and high-performance teams.
  • Planning for and reacting to change, ensuring adaptability and resilience within the organization.
  • Engaging, leading, and developing the team, driving employee engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Delivering the overall branch strategy, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Driving ongoing improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensuring a high-level safety and customer service culture, upholding industry standards and best practices.
  • Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve growth targets, leveraging sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a proactive risk management approach.

About You:

  • You should have experience working in a similar senior leadership role, preferably in the Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry.
  • You should enjoy getting your hands dirty and leading from the front, being an approachable and supportive leader.
  • You should be KPI and customer-focused, with the ability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and think strategically.
  • You should have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • You should have experience in talent development and succession planning, identifying and nurturing future leaders.
  • You should be able to learn new internal programs and technology, embracing innovation and digital transformation.
  • You should be proactive and strive to upskill, remaining current with industry trends and best practices.
  • You should have a commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard, exceeding customer expectations.
  • You should hold or be willing to attain a relevant qualification or certification, such as HR or business administration.
