  • Support and motivate the sales team to exceed growth targets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role.

  • The capacity to prioritize tasks, think critically, and deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in the Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry.
  • An approachable and supportive leadership style.

  • Ability to quickly learn new programs and technologies.
  • Commitment to achieving exceptional customer service.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a HR class license.
