This is an ongoing full-time opportunity to lead a high-performing regional team across the far north coast of NSW.

You will be responsible for managing Crown estate assets across the region, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging knowledge of land administration, natural resource management and environmental planning.

As a senior leader, you will bring expertise in staff leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving. You will also possess strong communication skills and experience in remote management.

We seek candidates with tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A current driver's license is required for travel purposes.
